    War dieses "Moratorium" wirklich ein Moratorium?

    Und -  war es auch rechtswirksam wie es verfügt wurde?

    Und wird es nicht vielmehr zu Schadenersatzforderungen seitens der Energieanbieter kommen?

    bis jetzt ist es nur eine willensbekundung von merkel dem die energieanbieter nachfolgen (um die laufzeitverlängerung der restlichen akw´s zu retten ...  wer weiss wie die stimmung in 3 monaten ist)
