    Ich kann leider nicht im USA-Forum schreiben, daher hier einige Kommentare:

    Gemäß neueren Umfragen holt Trump auf; auf realclearpolitics steht er nunmehr bei 265 Wahlmännern. Das ist nicht weit von den benötigten 270 entfernt. Allerdings muss man aufpassen: Bei realclearpolitics wird ihm Nevada zugerechnet. Auf 538 wird erklärt, dass die Demokraten dort möglicherweise besser abschneiden, als die Umfragen zeigen, da die Wahl schon läuft. Die Frage ist, ob er Staaten wie Colorado, Pennsylvania oder Michigan gewinnen kann. Aktuell liegt er dort noch hinten. Freilich weiß man nicht, wie stark die soziale Erwünschtheit, die bei dieser Wahl eine große Rolle spielen wird, in den Umfragen einberechnet ist.

    In der Schlangengrafik auf http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2016-election-forecast/ liegt Trump noch knapp hinten. Wenn aber New Hampshire kippt (die neueste Umfrage, die mit mindestens A- bewertet wird, deutet daraufhin), wäre Trump knapp vorne. Nate Silver sieht die Wahrscheinlichkeit für den Gesamtsieg aktuell bei 34,2 Prozent.
