Es könnten also bald 41 Sitze mehr für die Dems sein, und der der Wahlbetrug, von dem Trump immer spricht, kommt von seiner Partei. In Bladen County sind nur 19% Briefwahlstimmen von registrierten Republikanern, dennoch haben dort 61% der Briefwähler für den GOP-Kandidaten gestimmt, bei den Vorwahlen waren es 95% (!) der Briefwähler für Harris.
Ist schon ein Witz, dass es die Republikaner sind, die immer vom angeblich weit verbreiteten Wahlbetrug fabulieren, ohne irgendwelche Anzeichen dafür. Und hier scheint es tatsächlich mal welchen gegeben zu haben, aber dieser real existierende Beschiss geht auf das Konto republikanischer Akteure.
Knifflig wird die Situation ja durch die chaotische Rechtslage in North Carolina, wo man nach der Wahl eines demokratischen Gouverneurs diesem schnell die Aufsicht über die Wahlen entzog und sie neu geschaffenen Organen übertrug; ein solches Komitee weigert sich jetzt mit den Stimmen der Vertreter beider Parteien, das Wahlergebnis anzuerkennen. Allerdings sind diese Komitees laut Gerichtsbeschluss gar nicht rechtmäßig.
Übrigens könnte es bereits bei den innerparteilichen Vorwahlen der Republikaner in diesem Wahlkreis zu Unregelmäßigkeiten gekommen sein.
